Planning an Earth to Table: The Farm wedding? Explore real wedding photography, photo locations and inspiration from The Evans Collective.

If you want a wedding venue that feels completely different from a traditional hotel or ballroom, The Farm at Earth to Table is worth exploring. Set on 97 acres of farmland in Flamborough, it gives couples space, countryside and a much more relaxed connection to the outdoors.

We’ve photographed weddings here as Pearle Hospitality recommended photographers, and what stands out immediately is the personality of the property. It doesn’t feel like a rural version of a ballroom wedding. It feels like its own experience.

What is a wedding at The Farm like?

The Farm is particularly suited to couples who want the day to feel natural, relaxed and connected to its surroundings. The landscape is not simply a portrait backdrop. It becomes part of the atmosphere of the wedding.

97 acres gives you room to breathe

The property includes fields, natural areas, orchard and farm surroundings, which creates a lot of visual variety. That doesn’t mean we need to drag you around all 97 acres. It means we can choose what works best for the light, timeline and feel of your day.

A wedding that feels like an experience

The Farm has a very different personality from Pearle Hospitality’s urban, waterfront and historic venues. There’s a freedom to the setting that can work beautifully for couples who want something less traditional and more personal.

Natural wedding portraits

This is a venue where we don’t need to overcomplicate portraits. We can walk, use the landscape, find good light and photograph you interacting rather than asking you to hold a pose for long stretches. The surroundings already give the photographs context.

Let the countryside be part of the story

Some photographs should show the scale and setting of the property. Others should be close and intimate, where the venue almost disappears. Using both gives you a gallery that remembers not only what the place looked like, but what it felt like to be there with everyone you love.

Our photographer’s perspective

The best thing about The Farm is that it is different. It gives couples room to make the day their own and gives us a setting that can feel relaxed, natural and visually distinctive without requiring us to manufacture moments.

Considering other Ontario wedding venues?

If you’re still comparing venues, you may also want to explore Whistle Bear Wedding Guide (another venue with outdoor space and varied grounds), or Ancaster Mill Wedding Guide (a more historic, water-and-architecture-focused option).
